Since the moment Tom & Bonnie started on this venture their goal was to bake breads with the finest available ingredients. Most of our breads contain only 5 things: wheat, water, honey or organic cane sugar, yeast, and salt.

Because most of our breads contain no preservatives, fats, oils, eggs, or milk, they will stay fresh for only a few days on your counter. To prolong their shelf life the best thing to do is freeze it. It freezes beautifully! Avoid storing it in the refrigerator.

Our bread sells out fast! To ensure you get the products you want it is best to call us the day before and place your order. You can also call us anyday and we will hold any loaves you desire until the end of the day.
